CabinetCRUNCHER Requirements - Works with Excel & SketchUp
Microsoft Excel
- CabinetCRUNCHER requires Microsoft Excel (version 2007 or newer). Microsoft Excel is included with Microsoft Office and Office 365. Please ensure that all Excel updates are installed on your computer.
- For Mac users, you'll need a Windows-based version of Excel that is loaded on the "Windows" OS.
- CabinetVIEW (3D Modeling Library) requires SketchUp. The Free Version works great or you can use any hosted versions on your computer.
Windows or Mac Operating Systems with Windows Virtualization*
- Microsoft Windows: Programs will run on Windows operating systems (Windows 11 and earlier versions).
- Mac Computers*: You can run Windows on a Mac using virtualization software like Parallels Desktop and VMware Fusion (paid), or VirtualBox and UTM (free). For Intel-based Macs, Boot Camp Assistant is a free option to install Windows natively. These applications run Windows as an app within macOS, allowing you to use both operating systems side-by-side.
