Each purchase includes one license entitlement. While each unique installation requires its own registration key, we understand you may need to use the software in both your office and your shop.  Yes, our programs require a licensed version of Microsoft Excel (included with Microsoft 365/Office). To see if it’s installed, check your computer's Apps or Programs list in the Control Panel. For a full list of compatible versions, please visit our System Requirements page. 

This typically occurs if the key files are not in your (C:) root directory as per the installation instructions. It can also happen if you’ve moved to a new computer or replaced your hard drive/motherboard. In these cases, a new registration key is required. Contact us for assistance. 

This is usually caused by Windows security permissions. To allow saving, ensure the program folder is not set to "Read-Only" and that you are running Excel with Administrative privileges. Please refer to the Installation Instructions for the step-by-step security settings guide. 

No, the programs are separate but complementary. CabinetVIEW is for 3D layout and visualization, while CabinetCRUNCHER is the engine that calculates your cabinet cutlists and costs. You use the 3D model to finalize your design, then enter those dimensions into the cut list software. Learn More

CabinetCRUNCHER requires the desktop version of Microsoft Excel for Windows. It is not compatible with Excel for Mac or iPad. However, Mac users can run the software successfully using Windows emulation software like Parallels or Boot Camp. Please see our System Requirements for more details.
